Login Session Issue

Frequency: Low

Infrequent, but could be caused after a patch of the SPEED application.


User Symptom:

  • After submitting/publish a change, screen showed blank background. 


Technical Details:

  • User session out of sync with back-end session, which required a user to re-authenticate.


Recommended Workaround:

  • Force Refresh of the Browser with Cache Clearing exercise
  • Log Out and Log back in
