Infrequent, but could be caused after a patch of the SPEED application.
User Symptom:
- After submitting/publish a change, screen showed blank background.
Technical Details:
- User session out of sync with back-end session, which required a user to re-authenticate.
Recommended Workaround:
- Force Refresh of the Browser with Cache Clearing exercise
- Log Out and Log back in
