Symptom/Issue: A Immediate/Schedule Skill Action is stuck in an "implementing" status as was seen below.
Workaround: Not Applicable. Please open a ticket to report the issue immediately. Include similar screenshot of the Immediate or Scheduled Skill Action that is hanging in an "implementing" status.
Current Status of Resolution: Root cause analysis in progress and will be updated as soon as RCA is concluded along with a fix to the SPEED product.
