Technical Details:
If the user's time zone in Speed settings does not match the browser or computer's time zone, then the Skill Action submission could incorrectly be rejected with "revert time in past" error.
Recommended Workaround:
Match time zone in Speed settings to the browser and computer time zone.
Resolution:
This was fixed in a release in May 2022.
