Technical Details:
Grey Unknown status pill may temporarily be displayed when the schedule first activates for the day. This is due to the processing time and will show as Active correctly after a few minutes.
Recommended Workaround:
Wait for a few minutes and the pill will show as Active again. If it does not show as Active after 10 minutes, please log a support ticket with OpsTel.
Resolution:
This was fixed in a release in May 2022.
