Cannot Select Multiple Skills/Agents for Group Creation

The ability to select multiple skills/agents when creating groups is not available in the current version of Speed.

User Symptom:

Users cannot select and drag multiple agents or skills when creating groups. They must select and drag one skill/agent at a time.

Technical Details:

The current version of drag and drop only allows for the selection of a single item at a time, unless it is already in a "Group".

Recommended Workaround:

None

Resolution:

A future version of the application will allow for the selection of multiple items during drag and drop activity.
