Users not showing up correctly in the Skills Matrix even thought they have the correct skills

User Symptoms:

Users were successfully skilled but are not showing Up in the Skill Matrix, when filtering by the skill(s).

Technical Details:

The issue is that the Skills Matrix's skill filter currently only searches on permanent skills.  When you happen to see the temporary skills you're looking for in the results, it's incidental, but agents will only show up (with the same temporary skills) if they have the corresponding skills in their list of permanents to begin with.

Recommended Workaround:

A workaround would be to add the skill in question to the profile's permanents, with a "placeholder" skill level of 0.  Then, when the agent has that temporary skill in place, the agent will show up in the results if you filter by that skill.   

Resolution:

This is being reviewed to address in an enhancement in a future release.
