User Symptoms:
Process violation when trying to Deactivate a profile.
Genesys error: -->During deleteProfile, Genesys replied: Message: No Person with UserName = exists in Genesys
Technical Details:
CWA did not receive the required information from Genesys and displays process violations in the CWA dashboard.
Recommended Workaround:
None. This is due to an error in Genesys. Please log a ticket with OpsTel support for further assistance.
