Some profiles do not appear in the search box on the Audit Trail report

User Symptoms:

When searching for an agent in the Audit Trail report form, some do not appear in the search results in the auto-complete feature.


Technical Details:

Any profile should show up when searching in the "Agent" field of the Audit Trail report.  Profiles that do not integrate with Genesys (i.e. Intradiem Only) do not appear in the auto-complete list of agents.


Recommended Workaround:

None.


Resolution:

OpsTel adjusted the query to include all profiles whether integrating with Genesys or not.  This fix was part of the December 2022 maintenance release.
