User Symptoms:
Process violation "Received null event" error below occurs when submitting a profile for updates.
Genesys error: -->During updateProfile, Genesys replied: Message: Error occured when updating object! We received null event as a result.
Technical Details:
CWA did not receive the required information from Genesys and displays process violations in the CWA dashboard.
Recommended Workaround:
This is due to an error in Genesys. Please resubmit the request after 5 minutes to process it successfully again. If it errors again please log a ticket with OpsTel support.
