Occurs on every generated Audit Trail report
User Symptom(s):
Some fields on the CWA profile form are not visible on the Audit Trail report, even after the user has modified them.
- User makes a change to a profile, involving one or more of the following fields:
- Supervisor NUID
- Phone skill status (trained or untrained)
- Region (only in cases where a single region is permitted)
- User generates the Audit Trail report but it does not show changes for these fields.
Recommended Workaround:
None
Resolution
CWA needs to be adjusted by the OpsTel team to track the fields.
