User Symptoms:
Items in the "Saved for Later" queue cannot be deleted.
Technical Details:
CWA users have the ability to enter information on the Create Profile form and save it in an unfinished state (by clicking on the "Save for Later" button). Those profiles will become visible in the "Saved for Later" queue on the home page. The CWA user can click these profiles to edit them and submit them. At that point, the profile is removed from the "Saved for Later" queue.
Currently there is no option for the CWA user to remove these unfinished profiles from the "Saved for Later" queue if the user has no intention of finishing and submitting them.
Recommended Workaround:
To remove an unwanted "Saved" profile from the queue, the CWA user can either:
- Wait until a new profile needs to be added and overwrite all the saved form entries on the "Saved" profile
- Log a ticket with OpsTel to delete manually from the database.
Resolution:
The addition of an option to delete a "Saved for Later" profile will be evaluated for an enhancement in a future release.
