UI: Hard to see agent labels when scrolling right row on Skills Matrix

Always - when selecting an agent row to view or perform action on

User experience:

When checking agents on Skills Matrix, sometimes hard to keep track of particular agent's row, when scrolling to the right, or looking back at page.

None

Resolution:

Possible Short-Term Resolution: SPEED could highlight row if clicked on, or make overall table rows use alternating colors

Possible Long-Term Resolution: Freeze/Fix left-most columns when scrolling to the right
